By combining expert grant writers with intelligent software, Scout streamlines the grant discovery, writing, and collaboration process—making it easier for mission-driven teams to access the resources they need to scale their impact.⚡️ At Inspire Clean Energy, acquired by Shell, I spearheaded the modernization of our digital tech stack, leading to a 100+% increase in web conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the diversion of over 5.6 billion pounds of CO₂e.📰 Previously, at The Washington Post’s Zeus Technology, I led a team of 10+ engineers to develop new ad tech products and internal tools, improve customer onboarding, and scale our publisher base from 1 to 200+ in under two years—eventually powering ads across 600+ news sites. I launched four distinct products during my tenure.🔌 At Arcadia, now a startup unicorn, I led the development of over 200 utility data acquisition services, empowering clean energy adoption across the U.S. Think of it as Plaid, but for utilities—unlocking access to energy data for a new generation of climate innovators.🤖 Earlier in my career, I explored the frontier of voice AI, building dozens of products for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to help them adapt to and innovate within this emerging space.
